Escape from Tarkov

About This Game

Gunfights are less “skill-based” and more “who sneezed first.” The recoil system feels like your PMC is firing the weapon while actively falling down a flight of stairs. Every gun kicks like it’s personally offended by you. You don’t aim in Tarkov — you negotiate with the firearm and hope it agrees. The audio is revolutionary. You hear footsteps above you, below you, behind you, inside you. Was that a player? A scav? The wind? Your own regret? Nobody knows. Directional sound is more of a vibe than a feature. Looting is incredible. You’ll spend 20 minutes carefully extracting a backpack full of priceless military hardware, rare tech, and quest items—only to be instantly one-tapped at extract by a guy who hasn’t moved since 2019. He lives there now. That’s his house.
